Claire & Chad’s Bridgetown wedding was at the family farm Lucieville. I think it is so special to be able to celebrate such an occasion on home turf. Claire and her girls got ready at the legendary Ford House, with a ceremony in Bridgetown’s picturesque St Paul’s Anglican Church, before stopping off at a couple of wonderful locations, followed by the reception at Lucieville. The shed looked fantastic with an element of rustic charm. It hosted 180 guests including ‘Chloe’   – Lucieville’s resident marsupial.

Lucieville Farm in Western Australia, was established in 1903. It has been fortunate to stay in the ownership of the one family. It has seen six generations live here and they are still very proud of the farm’s history. Lucieville was first cleared and started as a small orchard and dairy – today it has a tree plantation and beef cattle with a small sheep flock, horses and a variety of interesting farm animals. Michael and Loraine have developed accommodation on the farm to enable them to share their experiences with their visitors. The chalets themselves have become quite iconic, so I felt it important to capture Chad & Claire in front of them.
