Do you travel?
That's a big YES! Although I am based in Nannup, SW Western Australia, I am happy to go ANYWHERE. 100km radius of Nannup is free. Outside if here, hit me up for a quote.
Do you HAVE A COVID POLICY?
YES! If your Wedding cannot happen due to an outbreak or restrictions regarding COVID 19, you can ask for your deposit and any additional payments back. Alternatively the deposit can be carried forward to another date at no extra charge.
HOW MUCH IS THE DEPOSIT?
25% Or if you need more time to decide on your package, then a $500 deposit will secure your date
DO YOU OFFER PAYMENT PLANS?
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Paypal, Credit Card and of course bank transfer.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND A VIDEOGRAPHER?
Yes. I know a bunch of awesome videographers and other vendors. Just ask
HOW MANY IMAGES CAN I EXPECT TO RECeiVE?
500 - 900. I edit to the quality of my brand standard, plus will never hold back anything sentimental.
HOW LONG ARE THE IMAGES ONLINE FOR?
Your online gallery is available for a whole 9 months. Don't worry, you will receive plenty of warning before it expires. You can download them at anytime, and I will give you full instructions on how to store your images safely.
HOW ARE THE IMAGES PROVIDED?
Print and web sized images are downloadable from your personal online wedding gallery. This is a great platform for you to also share with friends and family too. And it's connected to my store, should you want to buy any fine art prints from me.
WHAT ARE YOUR TURNAROUND TIMES?
Who likes waiting? Not me! In today's world, it is inevitable that someone you love can't attend your wedding, so I will have your sneaks which you can share with the world within 24 - 48 hours! (Normally 24!) Everything else - always less than 4 weeks.
CAN WE ORDER PRINTS THROUGH YOU?
YES. You can simply access my store through your gallery and order fine art prints at the click of a button. My printing guy is superb and only uses archival materials to ensure the highest quality and longevity.
SHOULD WE BUY AN ALBUM?
Absolutely! If you want the most amazing documentation of your wedding then yes you totally should! I have great storytelling skills and having been present on the day - will know exactly how it flowed. My wedding albums are the best that money can buy because I believe that your day deserves to be presented in a beautiful tangible product which you and your family can love for many years to come.
