Tori & Tim’s Wedding at Karri Valley RAC resort in Pemberton

“Where do we even begin? Thank you just doesn’t seem enough. We hired Victoria as our Pemberton wedding photographer mid 2021 and before we even hired her she was amazing. Anything we needed along the way she didn’t hesitate to help. She even went and scoped out a new venue for us when we nearly had to change venues last minute. On our wedding day Victoria was beyond amazing. She made both of us feel so incredibly comfortable and supported. It wasn’t long before we both felt like Victoria was just another friend celebrating with us on our wedding day. Everyone of our family and friends has commented since saying that, Victoria was so friendly and was doing many things beyond her job description to make our wedding perfect. Even after our wedding day Victoria again blew our expectations out of the water by sending us a huge sneak peek album, all of which we absolutely love. We cannot wait to see the rest of our pictures, as we know they are going to be beautiful. Tori & Tim met through a set up by mutual friends. Tori was in a place in her life looking for a bit of fun and Tim was looking for something a bit more serious. They started off by messaging nearly all day everyday for a week and then decided it was time for their first date. They met at Raffles bar in Applecross where even though the food was very average, the company and conversation definitely wasn’t. They both agreed it felt like they had known each other for years and never felt so comfortable in someone’s presence before. After they left it probably wasn’t even an hour before they began messaging again and then caught up two days later for their second date where Tori met Toby (Tim’s dog) and fell in love with him. Tim went away for easter and they couldn’t wait to see each other again. Planning their third date, which afterwards it was clear that something special was going on and here they are… getting married!!!

What they were most excited about

Tori & Tim were super excited about everything ‘wedding!’ They both agreed that they just couldn’t wait to see each other for the first time down the aisle. And secondly, they couldn’t wait to celebrate with all their family and friends and share in their emotions about them getting married. 

Top Tips!

“Well….for us the journey of planning our wedding has proven very challenging with many things going wrong very close to the day. From this we learnt that it is so important to remember that regardless of the things that go wrong, the day is truly about us as a couple getting married and the love we share for each other, so all the big or small things ultimately don’t matter as long as you are in it together.” Tori & Tim. The Garter!
T&T getting very creative with the garter! T challenging the boys to see who is most worthy (and lucky!) of taking such a significant bit of lace off his bride’s thigh! I was always a bit of a prude when it came to this tradition, but I’ve recently experienced some couples having a lot of fun with it.
